What is iOnMyHome?
iOnMyHome is a one-stop, centralized home management tool. It provides an easy, convenient way for homeowners to manage home maintenance items, improve their home maintenance tracking, and monitor home equity to protect the financial investment in the home and maximize its value. iOnMyHome also provides access to expert resources and valuable data helpful for homeownership.

Does the service require that I download software?
No software download is needed. Members can simply sign in to access the online home organization tools, find local vendors, get helpful information, view maintenance schedules with automated reminders, and much more.

Do I have to become a member to use iOnMyHome?
Yes, membership is required to access the features of iOnMyHome. See our Homeowner Membership page for additional details.

Why should I become member when I can find this type of information myself?
Subscribed members benefit from the one-stop, centralized place to monitor, track and protect what's likely your largest, most important investment — your home. From one location, you get exclusive access to the numerous valuable tools and data available through the iOnMyHome website. In addition, you get direct, personalized consultative services and valuable home-related information from a qualified residential real estate professional in your area. Plus, you receive exclusive iOnMyHome member discounts from participating service vendors and retailers.

Is there a membership fee?
Usually, yes. Membership fees help us ensure that both local and national data and resources are kept updated and reliable, as well as provide expert support staff and innovative new features. Full access to the iOnMyHome website and our complete set of homeowner tools is available for a $99 one-time setup fee, plus $49 monthly subscription membership dues. What if I sign up and don’t like it?
No problem. If you’re not 100 percent satisfied, you can cancel at any time by contacting us in one of the following ways:

Can my personal files be accessed by iOnMyHome staff members?

In the event of a technical problem, it may be necessary to access subscriber information, such as, but not limited to, My Home Details and My Home Finance Reports to assist in troubleshooting.

Will any of my information be shared with others?

What technology can I use to access my account?
You can access the iOnMyHome website using most of today’s popular technologies, including desktop computers, laptops, tablet computers (e.g., iPad, Kindle) and smart phones (e.g., iPhone, Android, or Blackberry). Keep an eye out for our iOnMyHome phone app, which will be introduced in the near future.

Can I customize the Service and Activity categories in my account?
iOnMyHome offers an extensive list of service categories from which to classify your home-related services or activities. You can select the categories that best describe the services and activities associated with your home.

How are vendors selected for the recommended vendor list?
To ensure that we're providing the best vendors for you, we’ve asked iOnMyHome-subscribed real estate professionals from each region to submit the names of qualified, reliable vendors in their area with which they have personal experience. As our business experience has taught us, recommended resources tend to out-perform those randomly selected from an Internet search. Recommended vendors have the opportunity to purchase a one-year iOnMyHome subscription as a listed vendor. Vendors can pay as a category listing and/or an advertiser.

We’re serious about giving you the best resources possible! That’s why we consistently evaluate our subscribed vendors using the feedback provided by member homeowners and other subscribed members after performed services. Subscribed vendors receiving two legitimate ‘unsatisfactory’ performance reviews are automatically removed from the program.

What is a Credit Card Validation (CCV) Code?
A Credit Card Validation (CCV) code is a three- or four-digit number printed on your credit card. This number is used as an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa, Discover and MasterCard, the three-digit CCV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the account number. For American Express, the four-digit CCV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number. iOnMyHome is not allowed to store this information.
